Our Cosy Seaside Cottage

Our home-from-home is a place to retreat, recharge, rest, relax, restore.

Living Area - A Room with a View

Light and airy, with open views across Gerrans Bay (spectacular 365 days of the year), make yourself comfortable in this gorgeous living space.  There is a sofa, leather sitting chair, dining table and chairs, plus smart telly (bring your own Netflix code!) and DBD radio.

You’ll also find some cookery, walking and local interest books plus maps. French doors open out onto the enclosed landscaped garden. Sit and watch the clouds, the sea, the birds, the sun, the weather.  In the winter, cosy up in front of the electric log fire.

Kitchen – Indoor or Outdoor Dining ... You Choose!

There’s everything you would expect to cook and eat a stylish breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Guests always comment on the plentiful high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware plus Le Cruset pans, Robert Welch kitchen knives and, most essential in our opinion, giant teacups.  Basic kitchen items are included so you don’t have to bring or buy.

Bedroom – The Best Sleep Awaits!

A seriously comfortable king-size bed dressed with high thread count white linen, a feather and down duvet, blackout curtains and blinds guarantees the best night’s sleep.  A roomy wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers provide ample storage and there is a full-length mirror in the hall.

And Finally ... The Bathroom

Here is a spacious walk-in shower, loo and sink with a mirror, heated towel rail and heater. Big white bath towels, hand towels and bath mat are supplied.

In the hall, there is plenty of space to hang coats and storage for shoes and boots. The broom cupboard houses the washer/dryer plus other utility essentials.

Outside space

Beach House Rosevine has its own enclosed landscaped garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a viewing terrace with a bench and drinks table. You have your own covered garage space and a visitor parking space.

At Beach House, we comply with all the necessary fire and electrical safety standards required of holiday homes.

Guests with a Disability

Because it's on one level, Beach House is ideal for guests with a disability. However, it is not designed or equipped for every need. Please call for more information. To support you during your stay we also offer a concierge service, payable locally.

The Environment

We are committed to protecting the environment and encourage our guests to do likewise. Our cleaning products are environmentally friendly, we minimise our use of plastics, manage our waste responsibly including recycling and collect litter off the beaches.

The Community

Supporting the local Roseland community and contributing to the local economy is an important personal value and we hope our guests will join us. We use the excellent network of local professionals to maintain Beach House, shop locally (rather than use online supermarket shopping) and support local businesses.
