Bookings here are from the current date to December 2026.
Beach House Rosevine is available by the week and Saturday is a changeover day. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Directions and reception details will be sent to you in advance of your holiday and there’s plenty more information in the Welcome Folder.

Price 2025 - Costs are per night.
4 January to 21 March - £120.00
22 March to 9 May - £140.00
10 May to 20 June - £150.00
21 June to to 3 October - £180.00
4 October to 28 November - £130.00
29 November to 19 December - £120.00
20 December to 3 January 2026 - £180.00
We take extended bookings and short breaks, minimum four nights, are available in November, December, January, February and March.
One well behaved dog is welcome at a weekly charge of £50.

Home from home extras
Providing a second home experience is important to us, so we provide the following:

We also keep a good supply of olive oil and some herbs and spices. On arrival, there will be a welcome tray including a pint of milk in the fridge.
Housekeeping
Beach House will be spotless on your arrival. Guests booking for more than one week will have fresh linen and the option to have the house cleaned during their stay. There are some guidelines on how you should look after Beach House and what to do when you leave. Please note that our housekeeper provides a rating on how well guests have looked after Beach House. The majority of our guests look after Beach House as if it were their own.
